If you are not satisfied with HRDex for any reason, you may request a full refund within the 14-day window that starts at your first paid purchase on your account (not at each upgrade) and ends at 23:59 Asia/Jakarta time on day 14, day 14 included. No questions asked.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider. Card and PayPal payments in US dollars are processed by Polar, our Merchant of Record.
Payments for WhatsApp credit packs by companies in Indonesia are made in Indonesian rupiah (IDR) by QRIS or bank virtual account through our payment gateway. Where a refund is approved, it is returned in rupiah to the account that paid.
After the 14-day refund window, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Company Panel. Upon cancellation, you retain full access until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual). No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Annual subscriptions are covered by the same 14-day window as monthly subscriptions in Section 1, which starts at your first paid purchase on the account. Annual plans bought within that window are refunded in full. After the window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the annual period.
WhatsApp credit pack purchases are non-refundable as they are consumed upon use. Credits never expire.
