2026-10-21 — Refund and billing fixes

Refunds now behave correctly: a partial refund keeps the payment marked as completed, a new paid activation clears an earlier refund, and annual plans only stack for the same plan.

Perbaikan refund dan penagihan. Refund kini berjalan dengan benar: refund sebagian tetap menandai pembayaran sebagai selesai, aktivasi berbayar baru menghapus status refund sebelumnya, dan paket tahunan hanya ditumpuk untuk paket yang sama.
